PREP LEAGUE LACROSSE

Welcome to Prep League Lacrosse! We're excited to roll out incredible changes to this year’s programming. Inspired by the ease and accessibility seen in programs like NFL flag football, our format ensures coaches can effortlessly assemble rosters and ensure swift gameplay. Our age-centric approach allows for better game quality and stronger opportunities to learn the game! We are committed to cultivating a community where dedicated volunteer coaches take the helm, fostering and mentoring their teams. Whether your child is at the beginning of their lacrosse journey or already has a passion for the sport, our program is crafted just for them.

What is the structure of your 7U, 8U, and 9U Fall Prep Leagues? Typically our athletes learn to progress quickly through the fundamentals during warmups so we can add more game time.

Can I put a team into the Fall Prep Leagues? Absolutely! CLICK HERE FOR THE NEW COACH INTEREST FORM.

Do players need full equipment to play? Yes! Our league works best when our athletes are fully protected and learning to play with gear. See below for details.

Do I need full equipment for the Fall Open House? It’s encouraged but not mandatory. However, participation in our leagues and clinics will require full equipment.

What is the structure of your 6U, 7U, and 8U Winter Leagues? Experience dynamic play in our Winter League, tailor-made for both coaches and players. After a brief warm-up, teams transition directly to game time, ensuring every player maximizes their time on the field. Our league provides a prime opportunity for coaches to spark interest in their local teams and kickstart player development from a young age. With 5v5 gameplay and league-provided box lacrosse goalies, the fun is non-stop. Don't miss out; assemble your team now!

Why is there no 9U Winter League? We are running a 3rd Grade Winter League (Information here) over the winter because most local teams organize by grade. If you need assistance finding your son a league this winter, please email rturco@turfcitysports.com (for players under 9) or jodyturco@trilax.com (for leagues 3rd grade and up).
